Comes with private parking, private dock, an outdoor gas and charcoal grill and Wi-Fi. Kayaks available to rent. Fishing allowed.

There is a quaint combo food-prep/sitting room with a fold-out queen couch. The shared property has a fishing pier over the water with large fishing lights.
