Das Haus wird im Winter ganz urig mit Holz geheizt. Wir haben auch zusätzlich Infrarotheizungen in allen Zimmern. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt. Das Haus liegt auf 1300 Meter und ist ganzjährig mit dem Auto erreichbar.
