Απέχει 2’ από παραλία (150μ), 1’ από στάση λεωφορείου, 3’ από αρτοποιείο, 5’ από σούπερ μάρκετ. 2 δωμάτια, το 1ο με διπλό κρεβάτι (νέα στρώματα) το 2ο με δύο μονά (νέα στρώματα). Σαλόνι με καναπέ διπλό κρεβάτι. (φιλοξενούνται 6 άτομα), κουζίνα (κατσαρόλες, πιάτα, ποτήρια, κούπες, μαχαιροπίρουνα, καφετιέρα εσπρέσο, μπρίκι κλπ.) μπάνιο με ντουζιέρα, πλυντήριο ρούχων, μπαλκόνι σε καταπράσινο κήπο.
