Un couple (et son bébé) y trouvera son bonheur pour un séjour des plus agréables. Une entrée, salle de bain avec douche et toilettes, salon/cuisine, et une chambre composent l'appartement La terrasse et son petit jardin donnent directement sur l'emplacement privatif de parking, ce qui permet un accès ultra rapide à son véhicule. This is a small 2 room apartment at the cosy Sundgau village center of Allschwil (suburb of Basle). 20 meters from the 6er tramway to Basle-downtown. Downtown Basle is reachable by tramway within 15-20 minutes. free tram and bus-ticket shall be provided by host. There is a living room, a separate sleeping room, bathroom and a small kitchen. There is a minimum stay of 2 nights for this flat. As it is in a old house, quite noise-sensitive, it is not suitable to be used as a "party location" :-)

Located on a quiet street (no through traffic), the apartment offers a courtyard at the front with parking and a beautiful garden at the back with direct access to the idyllic Lutterbach. Just 30 minutes away is the cultural offer of the trade fair city of Basel with its numerous museums, galleries and events.

Die Wohnung ist eine Geh-Minute vom öffentlichen Verkehr entfernt. Strassenbahn, sowie Bus, sind gratis im TNW-Tarifverbund Nordwestschweiz! In 2 Geh-Minuten ist man bei einem grösseren Super-Markt. Wohnung ist mitten im Dorf und somit sehr zentral gelegen. Restaurants findet man von einfach bis exklusiv, alle gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Mit dem ÖV ist man in 15 Minuten in der Stadt Basel. EuroAirport Basel nach Oberwil mit ÖV in ca. 42min.

The studio is located directly at the Spalentor to the city center. The house is 5 minutes walking distance from the city center. Also in walking distance you can reach the stop of the airport bus and the direct bus to the train station SBB (3 stops). For car drivers we can provide a garage box 10 francs (night) The cozy, quiet and high quality guest studio (40m2) is located in the basement of a newly built apartment house.
