Karaka Alpaca B&B Farmstay

Escape the hustle and bustle of city life at Karaka Alpaca Farm stay, just 15min from Dunedin's CBD. Our 11-acre farm has alpacas, Buster the cat, horses and sheep as well as stunning views over the cliffs of the Pacific Ocean. Excellent stand alone studio cottage in a handy location. Situated approx. 3km from the town center with a feel of country. Suitable for a single person, couple or 2 friends/family that don't mind sharing a queen bed. Very peaceful location and close to the new bike/walking tracks, lake, river, and numerous vineyards. Only 40 minutes approx. to Queenstown and Wanaka, 20 minutes to the historic town of Clyde and further 10 minutes to Alexandra. We welcome guests from all backgrounds.

Big Sky Apartment is attached to our lovely lake-house in a great part of Tekapo. It is close to everything but quiet. There are stunning views of the mountains. We have Sky TV and free Wifi for your enjoyment. The apartment has its own separate entrance and a small outdoor patio including a table/chairs. Inside the apartment is a lounge-kitchenette, king bedroom and bathroom. It is doubled glazed, has heating/air conditioning and is equipped with everything travelers need.

Jailhouse Ridge is a fully self-contained unit with its own private access, ideal for couples. It is surrounded with 7 acres of gardens, ponds & paddocks. Your own private spa awaits you on the deck & is serviced daily. With a Queen bed, fully equipped kitchen, en-suite & log fire, it has everything you need for a fantastic stay. The mezzanine floor, accessed by a steep staircase, has a sofa, 42" TV , Freeview, DVD, WIFI. An extra 32" TV with Chrome-cast is downstairs.

The Silk Tree Studio (Nr. Waitomo Caves)

Very spacious self-contained studio, set amongst gardens of the main house with young dairy stock all around. Peaceful quiet location at the end of a no exit road with beautiful views. Light breakfast included, Toast, Spreads, Orange Juice, Fresh Milk, and Cereals. Sit in your private spa pool after a busy day and watch the sun go down and the stars in the evening, they are so clear.
