Located on a lifestyle block this private unit has everything you need and is only 5 minutes drive to Three Parks or 10 minutes into the heart of Wanaka. Location is between Wanaka and the airport, only a minute or two drive to the lavender farm. The unit is attached to our shed, it has 1 bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with excellent indoor outdoor flow. Owned by a young family, please make sure you’re ok with hearing kids and sounds that come from a rural environment

All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.

A new cottage in beautiful Dalefield at the base of Coronet Peak, only 2k from the ski field. Riverstone Cottage is set within its own 6.5 acres with stunning views in every direction. Enjoy access via a private footpath to the Shotover River, QT Trail and 165 acres of adjoining DOC land with its own network of hiking and mountain biking trails. You will be surrounded by nature, yet only a 15 minute drive to both Queenstown and historical Arrowtown. Have it all! :)

An easy 6 min walk to the surf at Whale bay, Indicators or Outside Indicators a few mins drive to Manu bay or Ngarunui beach. Warm and cosy with a beautiful open fire, modern insulation & large double glazed sliding doors. The heat pump heats the studio within 15mins.
