Arthur's Pass Ecolodge - unique off grid living

Only 10mins south of Arthur's Pass Village, on SH73, the Ecolodge overlooks the expansive Waimakariri River and mountains of the National Park. Experience "off grid" living at its best on a small environmental footprint. To stay costs $175 per night for bed and homemade breakfast (for 2 people). You have the option to book up to 4 people in your group, as I have two Queen rooms available. I'm more than happy to share a 2-course meal + wine/beer for $35 pp and spend time sharing stories.

Nestled beside the river at Tree Crop Farm, this cosy cabin offers a peaceful and romantic escape surrounded by nature. Set apart from the main house, it is private and secluded. The cabin has a warm, rustic vintage charm, featuring a comfortable double bed and a wood-burning fireplace. This quirky, rustic retreat is for adventurous souls who embrace a bit of nature, creativity, and a short walk to the loo! Simple continental breakfast provided at request and no extra cost.

The Barn at Killin B&B - Alpine Room

Hoatu Lodge rests quietly in the heart of lush Aotearoa bush. Our two dorms of bunk beds and two double guest rooms, are perfect for groups of friends, whanau, or retreats. A large commercial kitchen, open & spacious lounge area, fireplace, deck, and covered courtyard make up this space that's full of surprises. Walk along the awa, enjoy a bonfire at the firepit, walk up to the prayer hut for some peace or see local glowworms light up the bush.

Poolburn Adventure Hub (Lammermoor Suite)

Since the 1920s the Poolburn Hotel has been the meeting place of the Ida Valley. Nestled in the remote highlands of Central Otago, between Dunedin and the Lakes District, the valley is home to a close-knit farming community. No longer a pub, we now offer lodging to adventurers from afar. Please send a message if you have any special requirements or dietary restrictions. King Studio Pods

Located in the foot hills of the UNESCO World Heritage Tongariro National Park. National Park Village is the backdrop of the Tongariro volcanoes, our lodge contains a wide range accommodation. Plateau Lodge is the ideal stop for couples, families, and small tour/family groups wanting to explore Whakapapa Ski field, hike the Tongariro Crossing or shorter walks, multi-day tramps and bike trails.
