Each bedroom includes private bath with shower and 2 have tubs. Master BR has private patio with great views. "Elderly friendly" with easy access. Newly renovated beach house with top of the line kitchen appliances, high end memory foam beds, work station (office) with 100mb wifi, 60in HDTV with 220+ channels, laundry/garage parking, and located steps from the beach. Also has a fully furnished large patio for a bbq dinner in paradise. Across the street is the Pavilions supermarket and minutes away from great restaurants and cafes. There is a new floor ac unit in the living room in case it gets too warm but temp rarely breaks 80 on Balboa.
