Our bright, sunny cottage has a refreshing open-air feel with a vintage vibe! It has A/C, comes with 1 garage spot, outdoor shower/patio with BBQ. We are conveniently tucked away in a peaceful yet central in the Peninsula, just 3 houses from the beach and a 60 second walk to the sand! Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys,and boards are at your disposal! We are just a walk to local eats, grocery store, a cute park with a playground/courts, and best local shopping that the Peninsula has to offer!

Newly renovated beach house with top of the line kitchen appliances, high end memory foam beds, work station (office) with 100mb wifi, 60in HDTV with 220+ channels, laundry/garage parking, and located steps from the beach. Also has a fully furnished large patio for a bbq dinner in paradise. Across the street is the Pavilions supermarket and minutes away from great restaurants and cafes. There is a new floor ac unit in the living room in case it gets too warm but temp rarely breaks 80 on Balboa.

Also there is where you can rent paddle boards or any type of boat you please. 3 parking spots (2 spots if over sized vehicles).

Welcome to "Grammy's house" on Grand Canal. Step out your front door and take a house kayak or paddle board for a spin. If you walk out the back door, you're a few feet away from Balboa's main avenue with restaurants, shops, and most importantly, Dad's frozen banana stand. If you want to go farther, take the beach cruisers in the garage around the island or to Newport on the Balboa Ferry. Better yet, settle in and relax on the porch overlooking the water. This unit was completely gutted and redone, so any reviews prior to May 2022 were about the older unit prior to the major remodel.
