Come and enjoy the many cycling and walking routes with many ferry connections, the Bloemenpark Appeltern and the many fishing and water sports options. Or simply enjoy the tranquility of our country house.

Downstairs apartment in the old centre of Rhenen

The whole apartment yours; separate frontdoor. It is situated in the centre of the charming old town. As the windows towards the street are with special panes, you have no problem with noise from the traffic. Rhenen is situated in the province of Utrecht, close to Gelderland; more or less in the middle of the Netherlands. By train it is about 1,5 hour to get to Amsterdam; to Utrecht about 1/2 hour, and to Arnhem about 1/2 by bus. For the first morning there is stuf to make your own breakfast.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Zweifamilienhaus in Hanglage im Ortsteil Materborn, Nähe Reichswald. Schöner Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren und Wanderungen, auch Richtung Niederlande. Die Stadtmitte Kleve, mit der schönen Schwanenburg, ist mit dem Bus in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Kleve ist eine lebendige Stadt mit vielen guten Restaurants, Museum, Tiergarten nahe der niederländischen Grenze. Schloss Moyland mit seinen Ausstellungen ist nur wenige Kilometer entfernt. Es gibt viel zu erleben!

Benedenwoning met tuin in Nijmegen-Oost

Het appartement in de populaire wijk Nijmegen-Oost is een benedenwoning met een 1 persoons slaapkamer op de begane grond en een 2 persoons slaapkamer op de eerste verdieping. De tuin is ruim, sfeervol en groen en heeft twee terrassen met de hele dag zon. Alle voorzieningen zijn in de wijk aanwezig. Een van de supermarkten ligt aan de overkant van het appartement. De wijk heeft gezellige kroegjes en restaurants. Natuur en centrum liggen op loopafstand. -Kinderen tot 12 jaar zijn gratis.

Appartement aan de Bijleveldsingel ligt tegenover het stadscentrum. Met 1 minuut lopen bent u in de binnenstad van Nijmegen. Het appartement ligt zeer gunstig gelegen, het is rustig maar als je de drukte op wilt zoeken dan ben je met 1 minuut lopen in de binnenstad. universiteit op 10 minuten afstand. Centraal station is 5 minuten afstand. Het appartement is ruim heeft 2 slaapkamers. Badkamer voorzien van handdoeken, keuken volledig ingericht. Privé parkeerplaats is beschikbaar.

Op loopafstand bevindt zich de Blauwe Kamer, de Grebbeberg en een aantal fantastische wandel/fietsroutes langs de Waal en Rijn. Tevens een aantal gezellige restaurants waaronder ‘t Veerhuis (op 200m afstand). U heeft de beschikking over een groot gedeelte van de tuin met lounge gedeelte. En evt. in de ochtend een Betuws ontbijt in de tuin of op de kamer.

Ons ruime appartement (met 2 slaapkamers, woonkamer en eigen keuken) ligt in het pittoreske Overasselt midden in het groen, direct aan prachtige fiets en wandelroutes, direct aan de Maas(dijk) en vlakbij het Overasseltse vennengebied. Naast rust, ruimte en natuur liggen steden zoals Nijmegen, Arnhem en Den Bosch vlakbij. De voorzieningen zijn nieuw en goed verzorgd (het appartement is in juni 2020 gerealiseerd en pas sindsdien als (air)B&B geopend).
