Located slightly on the OUTSKIRTS for a more peaceful stay, this home is only a 10 minute drive from the beach, Central Arroyo Grande, the Oceano Dunes, wineries, hiking and biking trails, and farmers markets. 15 minutes from Pismo Beach and 30 minutes from San Luis Obispo. 5 minutes from 2 golf courses. PETS WELCOME.

Bodega House

Welcome to Bodega House! We can't wait to host you at our charming 1920s farmhouse in Los Alamos. Enjoy the chef's kitchen, private patio, and two cozy bedrooms while soaking up Santa Ynez Valley wine country. Our wine and beer garden, Bodega, is also on the property and features a retail shop, bocce ball, and a greenhouse filled with unique plants and pottery. Check it out and relax by the fire pit with a glass of wine during Bodega's business hours. Bodega is open Thursday - Sunday, 12-7 pm.

The Cottage at Lavender Oaks Farm is a wonderful peaceful guest house on a 5 acre lot. You’ll find a 780 sq.Ft indoor space with a private deck, giant oak trees and a beautiful view of the garden outside. The sunny open floor plan has a queen-sized bed, a couch, 2 loveseats a dining area and kitchen. The Cottage accommodates two adults. I will accept pets on a case-by-case basis.
