Cozy cottage in Arroyo Grande. Five acres with several farm animals, including dairy cows, pigs (seasonal) , chickens and geese. Our cottage stands alone and is independent of the main house. The bedroom/living area has a double bed. The kitchen offers the ability to bake, fry, and microwave. Come enjoy farm life! We are about seven miles from the beach. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. We have wifi for you. Farm tours and dairy milking experience are also options.

Enjoy the beautiful remodeled kitchen, private backyard and patio, and two cozy bedrooms while soaking up the best of the central coast. Just a 10 minute walk to the historic Arroyo Grande village, a 5 minute drive to the beaches of Grover, and tucked away in one of Arroyo Grande's most peaceful cul-de-sacs.

Wine & Roses in a Spanish Villa

Countryside living in a real, working vineyard. Enjoy the patio or garden area with your coffee amongst the flowers. You'll soon be fast friends with our horses, border collie and orange tabby cat. If you happen to come in mid-September you might even get to experience the grape harvest - which is always a treat. We're a quick 10 minutes from Pismo Beach, 20 minutes to Avila Beach and 25 to Cal Poly SLO.

Cottage at Lavender Oaks Farm

The Cottage at Lavender Oaks Farm is a wonderful peaceful guest house on a 5 acre lot. You’ll find a 780 sq.Ft indoor space with a private deck, giant oak trees and a beautiful view of the garden outside. The sunny open floor plan has a queen-sized bed, a couch, 2 loveseats a dining area and kitchen. The Cottage accommodates two adults. I will accept pets on a case-by-case basis.

Beach home near golf, wineries, dunes & Vandenburg

This Pasadera home has three bedrooms two and a half bathrooms with a loft which has a fold out couch. The downstairs couch will sleep 2 more if needed so 9 people will fit. It’s just a few miles away from Trilogy and Blacklake golf course, the beach, shopping , golf courses and many wineries! It’s a perfect beach community. About 20 minutes to Vandenburg Air Force base.
