It is close to the two beautiful parks, with many shops, restaurants and a big green market close by. Very well connected to the city center and other parts of the city by the public transport (1 min walk to the bus station). You can also walk easily to the "down town" through nice streets, neighborhoods and parks (20 min).

In the front of building is paid parking on the street. Daily ticket is 4 euros. On Sunday parking is free.
