Located in an excellent, but still very calm neighborhood, the heart of the city center is a 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by very affordable cab (~3 EUR fee). Perfect if you're coming with your partner or family and want a quiet place to stay, to explore the city, the pictoresque nearby mountains and scenic canyons.

Our flat is quiet and cozy, arranged with a lot of love to delight you and make your stay pleasant. It is close to the two beautiful parks, with many shops, restaurants and a big green market close by. Very well connected to the city center and other parts of the city by the public transport (1 min walk to the bus station). You can also walk easily to the "down town" through nice streets, neighborhoods and parks (20 min).

The perfect location in Nis. 100 meters from the most beautiful park in the city, 10 minutes from the city center (Trg Kralja Milana), 5 minutes from the pedestrial zone. Very quiet though very close to the city center. Each room has its own balcony - one on the east, the other one on the west side. Cable TV with more than 200 channels and high speed internet (100/40 Mbps)

This apartment is in a safe and quiet neighborhood with a lot of children around. It is very close to the main sightseeings, 10 minutes by foot to city center and restaurants, two minutes to the super market and pharmacy. Easy 15 minutes walk to the fortress. In the front of building is paid parking on the street. Daily ticket is 4 euros. On Sunday parking is free.

Just renovated in March of 2025, on the second floor of the building located in the city center, right on the main pedestrian street Pobedina. The location is near all the main sights, the fortress and river you can reach within 5 min on foot. The apartment is cozy and modern, fully equipped with all the necessary appliances.

We rent an apartment in Nis, which is located 1.5 km away from the city center. The apartment is in a quiet part of the city. With separate entrance and yard for parking cars. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room.
