Thanks to a corridor you get to the two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Detached from the villa, with separate entrance, you access the trullo, about 50 m2 large, where there is a double bed, a sofa / double bed and a private bathroom. In the outdoor area there is a large table with 10 chairs, several seats, a barbeque and the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. The whole guest house called "il Colle del noce" is composed of two houses: "Ulivo" and "Ciliegio", which can be rent individually as from this announcement. You can also rent them both from "trulli il Colle del noce+piscina" announcement. The sea is 30 km from our place. The rental is fantastic for families and groups. You'll love my trulli for the beautiful pool and garden, where you'll relax between the olives trees.

Un soggiorno indimenticabile,un'esperienza esclusiva che fa tornare indietro nel tempo tra tradizione e cura dei dettagli. É possibile arrivare in macchina di fronte al trullo per una sosta di pochi minuti per lasciare i bagagli. Parcheggio in via Indipendenza per 6 euro al giorno ,oppure 2 euro all'ora di fronte al trullo o nei pressi della Stazione ferroviaria.

La dimora ospita piacevolemente fino a 5 persone grazie all'ampio spazio interno ed esterno. Il giardino è allestito per trascorrere piacevoli giornate all'aperto o momenti di romanticismo e relax con jacuzzi esterna.
