Alternative hostel in an old monastery

Welcome to Seasons Zero, the project of rehabilitation of the monastery of the Poor Clares of Roubaix! This place registered as historical heritage (1874) has remained unoccupied for nearly 10 years. Today reinvested by the association Saisons Zéro, it hosts since 2020 offices and workshops, low-tech facilities, a public programming space, multiple activities and ... an alternative inn set up in the old rooms of the Clarisse sisters.

Rustique mais entièrement rénovée, l’auberge de Jeunesse « la Hulotte » est installée au cœur du site exceptionnel de la citadelle dans l’ancienne caserne des officiers, bâtiment du XVIIe siècle. Le charme de ses vieilles pierres, l’atmosphère chargée d’histoire en font un lieu d’une grande quiétude.

We don't really know if it's a two person or a one person bed...We do know that there's a lot of authenticity in this one; the curtains, the lights, the bench,.. they are all like they were years before. This one is perfect for couples who like to cuddle all night long or travelers who like to have the bed/ caravan for their own.
