We share 10 acres of Coarsegold Creek w/wildlife galore. Yosemite entrance is a 54 min drive, 50 more min to the valley floor. Perfect stop for Mother Lode or Yosemite travel, central for travel throughout CA. Property, pool/hottub, is perfect retreat! Tiny Cabin

Our Tiny Cabin is one of two tiny houses located on our property. It has a full bathroom w/shower, fully stocked kitchenette, living area, full size sofa bed & a loft with a queen mattress. The front deck is great for relaxing & we've supplied a BBQ grill for outdoor cooking. Located next to Bandit Town, 4.5 miles from the south shore of Bass Lake, 25 miles from Yosemite's south gate or you can meander thru the Scenic Byway for plenty of hiking & 100 miles of amazing peaks, valleys & meadows.

Ranchos Living - Near Fresno, Children's Hospital

Wonderful country living close to North Fresno and Madera in Central California. Great location for exploring the Sierra Nevada Mountains, Yosemite, Kings Canyon, Central Coast Wine Country. Less than 3 hours drive to Silicon Valley and Sacramento. Only 1-1/2 hours to China Peak Ski Resort. Short drive to Chukchansi Gold Casino and Table Mountain Casino. Close to Valley Children's Hospital. Also enjoy nice local wineries. Or...just hang in the salt water pool. Perfect for spring or summer.

We are centrally located to access Yosemite National Park through entrance. Bass lake is 10 min away from the home. They offer boat rentals and jet ski's for a day on the lake.
