The one-bedroom GuestHouse is on a five-acre rural estate just four miles from the State Capitol and seven minutes from Sutter Health Park, home of the Athletics. Enjoy visiting with our two resident horses while you explore the property while jogging on our quarter mile track. Inside, it's a welcoming space, nicely furnished, a well-stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi and printer. Everything you need for an extended business trip or a base of operations for a perfect weekend getaway or an Athletics game.

This is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom home located across the street from lovely Bohemian Park in the Arden area of Sacramento. Driveway parking available, easy freeway access to Business 80 and walking distance to Town and Country village with shopping, Trader Joe's, Starbucks, restaurants and groceries. Contemporary and modern furnishings in a classic home comfortably appointed to meet your business and travels needs. If you smoke or vape cigarettes, marijuana, or CBD, we are not a good fit.

Our fully furnished studio guesthouse is located on our 1.25 acre property. It is perfect for a couple, 2 friends, or parents and child. We are conveniently located 2 minutes off of highway 99. We are also 15 minutes from downtown. This studio has all the amenities of home, yet the privacy of your own space and entrance. We can not wait to host your next getaway. The Inkling -Studio Guesthouse Downtown 2 beds

The Inkling is a separate apartment attached to a Victorian home built in 1890. It is in a quiet neighborhood near beautiful scenic canyons. Close to Old Town Auburn, you may enjoy restaurants, antique shops, family-friendly activities, the American river, and many, many trails. It is less than .5 miles from downtown as well. There is an enclosed grassy area for our human and canine guests. We live in the main house with our 3 small dogs Lola, Leo and Charlie.

( City Permit no: plnp2017-00245 ) Charming vintage is a one bedroom studio with a full size modern kitchen and unique furniture. A queen size bed that is so comfortable makes you feel like home. It is required to go through a small set of stairs to get to the unit. The cottage is a walking distance from the river and the village where you can enjoy shopping stores, cafes, sport activities, night life and bar/restaurants.

This spacious and comfortable suite has been set up for a relaxing and joyful stay. The unit is designed for 2 adults and 2 children only. NOT FOR 4 ADULTS. You'll have access to the room through the backyard, as well as a key to lock the room. The suite is furnished with a California King Bed. Free WiFi, TV with Hulu and Netflix apps. Handy kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle etc.

With a separate entrance providing a comfortable level of social distancing, you can enjoy this really beautiful place that is free from city noises and secure. Resort like pool house, nicely finished. Perfect for a couple or a family with younger children. Amenities include pool, spa, sand volleyball, barbecues, fire pit, farm animals, eggs and garden vegetables when producing.
