Located right downtown Napa near some of the world's greatest restaurants, wineries and scenery! Our home is newly renovated and ready to be enjoyed with premium comfort. The bed is a very pricey plush Sealy King that makes for maximum deep sleep after enjoying a days worth of wine and food. Our home is very large for downtown and is permitted through the City of Napa with all of the additional safety precautions that a hotel must undergo. We (John & Brad) look forward to hosting you!

White House Inn Genoa - Cottage

The Cottage is our most popular room featuring a fully equipped kitchen. The room features a small living area with a gas fireplace for those cozy winter nights. Air conditioning is provided for your comfort in the summer. A gated patio is available for this dog-friendly room. We do require a $35 cleaning fee per visit when you bring your fur baby. Cable TV and free wifi, truly make this your home away from home. Surrounded by beautiful pasture and mountain views.

You won't want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. It's a private room (no kitchen/breakfast or hot tub) with a separate entrance in a well-established Inn. ONE queen bed only, free WiFi, wood-burning fireplace with wood provided, private bathroom (shower stall), seating/eating area, mini-fridge, microwave, mini-Keurig machine, private deck facing the Pacific Ocean. Lose yourself in Nature. No TV/phone. No kitchen. Just you & the waves. Maybe a whale or 2.

Fairlawn Room - Seven Gables Inn

The Fairlawn Room is attached to the front side of the Main House on the northwest corner, a few steps above the front garden. With soft colors of creams and tans, it features a lovely ocean view with a private outside entrance from the garden pathway. • Rooms are sanitized following the Clean+Safe protocol outlined by Calif Lodging Assoc. Due to COVID-19 there is NO interim maid service. • Complimentary breakfast. • Lots of restaurants very close to Inn.

Eastside Guesthouse is a boutique hotel in the heart of Bishop, CA. Each room has a private outdoor entrance, this room has a queen bed, private bathroom with either a tub or shower (please message or call us if you wish to specify if you prefer one over the other, we cannot guarantee availability of your preference so please check with us). It also includes some shared spaces, including the kitchen, community room, and outdoor spaces.

The Coolbrith Suite offers a 4-poster queen bed in the main bedroom and a second queen bed in an attached bedroom. A private en-suite bathroom is attached to the main bedroom. Rooms at the Inn all feature original wood floors and restored windows with views of the gorgeous valley and surrounding mountains.  Common areas include a library/lounge area, guest kitchen and outdoor seating areas.

These studios feature a queen size bed, mini fridge, microwave, custom made cabinetry, seating area by the window, bathroom with shower/bathtub combination, closet, coffee service and hair dryer. Max two guests. Please include children in the total number of guests. No pets allowed in this room, no extra guests, non-smoking property.

Tansy Cottage has a sitting area and cozy breakfast nook. The small back yard is fenced, making it the perfect place to stay with the family pet. In the separate bedroom, you'll find a queen bed and a twin sized day bed. Here, you can find yourself enjoying a partial ocean view beneath a canopy of historic cypress trees.
