Typical Gallura building overlooking the Gulf of Olbia. It includes a property of 15,000 square meters planted with olive groves. Ideal for families. The structure is independent, surrounded by nature with large spaces, garden, barbecue, shower and laundry. Edificio ad uso esclusivo ristrutturato di recente, diviso su 4 livelli. Al piano terra abbiamo una cucina completa, un camino (solo decorativo) e un bagno. Nel seminterrato un ambiente (no finestre) con letto matrimoniale, un piccolo divano e un bagno completo. Al 1° piano abbiamo un ambiente con cucina, una stufa a legna (solo decorativa), un divano letto per 2 persone, balcone e bagno completo. Infine in terrazza abbiamo arredi da esterno sotto un gazebo e un grill in muratura.

Per veri amanti della natura! La casa è composta da una ampia sala da pranzo e soggiorno relax, di 30mq circa, e di due camere da letto doppie, una con il bagno in camera, e un secondo bagno con accesso dalla sala. All'esterno è presente una grande veranda con il barbecue e parcheggio privato. La casa è dotata di un sistema di videosorveglianza esterno. Nel giardino della casa fanno visita dei gatti molto amichevoli. la casa è a 9 km dalla gola di Gorroppu e Tiscali.

Le stanze sono dotate di letto matrimoniale e bagno privato, area relax con frigo, macchina del caffè, bollitore, smart tv, condizionatore, scrivania, asciugacapelli e parcheggio privato. La connessione wifi è disponibile in tutta la struttura.
