Midtown Oasis

Our home is an awesome place to be, we've spent a lot of time making our house special and want to share it with you! Our home is always kept super clean and has very comfortable beds, couches, and outdoor furniture. We live in the middle of everything great Ventura has to offer, but on a very lightly traveled side street that is very quiet at night. We live very close to Ventura's beautiful beaches and right around the corner from some great restaurants and bars. Ventura Permit #: 2284.

Hummingbird Cozy Cottage, Garden, Treehouse, Views

The cottage is VERY small (think Tiny House) but with all the comforts and amenities. The bedroom has a full bed that sleeps a couple, the den has a fold down twin with a memory foam topper stored underneath, extra linens in the dresser. The treehouse is a SMALL separate structure with a twin bed and a small deck. It is a regular twin, not extra long so is best for a child or Not- Too-Tall adult. It is heated, has WIFI and a wonderful view but not its own bathroom.

Villa Sogno (House of Dreams) has a relaxing, peaceful vibe. (STVR Permit # 2335) Super comfortable bed (same custom made bed as Ojai Vally Inn and Resort) for a good nights sleep. Outdoor patio with an ocean view, private court yard to relax in the sun, or enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. Located in the foothills above downtown. Welcome to a safe, quiet neighborhood. The Villa is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Large 500sf studio, private entrance off 460 sf patio/garden w shower/kitchenette on 23 acre mountain organic farm. Close to many hikes, 5 miles to Ojai . Same roof with main house but separated by 2 doors + corridor, sleeps 2-5 in queen, single bed and sleeper couch (by request). It is a free standing casita on a property with other structures but Sweet 1 is separate and private once you enter through the wooden gate. Our guest love the private patio & unique bathroom! No kitchen, just micro, refrig, coffee, etc

Cois Dara is a private Homeshare ( Permit #TRU20-0055) This County of Ventura Homeshare is a private residence that operates in a residential zone. The Homeshare allows for a maximum of 5 guests and a maximum of 3 cars. Outdoor quiet time 10 PM to 7 AM. This is an owner-occupied dwelling and the owner will be present on the property in a private quarter.
