3 acres close to Yosemite, Bass Lake , Golf Courses, and Indian Casino. Located on historic route 49 and 3 miles to 41 or for groceries , restaurants ect. Queen sized bed in room with TV. Living space has desk, 70 Inch UHD 4k TV , Netflix , and WiFi. Kitchen has fridge, coffee maker, stove, microwave, toaster oven and essentials. Grill or relax outdoors as Miami Creek flows through summer. 400 ft dirt road from paved road with plenty of parking. Yosemite South gate is up Hwy 41 about 20 miles.

Yosemite NP is about an hour away, via 2 entrances, with year-round activities for all activity levels. Many of our guests tell us they wished they’d had more time to just unplug, right here on the property.

Just 30 minutes from the South Gate of Yosemite National Park, and 15 minutes from Bass Lake.

Tucked away in the quiet hills north of Oakhurst, Sierra Sunrise View boasts a bright open floor plan with stunning views of the surrounding woods and mountains. The house provides ample privacy and comfort, while conveniently located a few minutes drive from local restaurants, shops, and hiking trails. The home is 10 miles from Yosemite Park South Gate. We are about a 30 minute drive to Yosemite's South Gate, and 20 minutes from Bass Lake.

Seven generations later my family continues our love affair with this land and it's mountains and canyons and oakwood savannahs and of course, the river. Come and experience the magic we call home.
