Oceano is unique - nestled between Pismo Beach, Grover Beach and Arroyo Grande, the neighborhood is classic central coast funk - old beach bungalows mixed with vintage homes. Firepit, BBQ, large fenced in yard, no shared spaces and walking distance to: a coffee shop, breakfast, burgers and seasonal farm stands. Or better yet, stay at the little cottage, grab a bottle of wine and enjoy a fire pit right outside your bedroom door.
