The backyard is the perfect place to hang out around the firepit and grill after a day of exploring the Central Coast. Walking distance to the Oceano Dunes.

Duplex is 1.5 mi. to Oceano Dunes Vehicular Recreation Area entrance! Rental unit entered on back alley side of duplex. Driveway holds 3 cars & garage (7' door clearance) is available for jet ski trailer or cars. A beach annual pass is available for use! Enjoy your own access to rental unit, entering & exiting at any time of day or night. Unit is good for couples & families (13 yrs old & up). Will consider pets. Located in a quiet family neighborhood. 2.1 miles from the beach 2 miles from Amtrak 1.3 miles from the charming village of Arroyo Grande. 15 miles to San Luis Obispo. Check in 4pm check out 11 am.
