There are 4 bedrooms, a common space, a living room, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, dining room, balcony and outdoor patio. Our home has an electric fireplace & heater for the chilly winter season. During the summer it can get warm on the coast, we have ceiling fans & portable fans; we do NOT HAVE A/C.

Large, 2nd story outdoor redwood deck. Great views from this second story home (above a 3 car garage) of the Oceano and Guadalupe dunes, the Pismo and Arroyo Grande hills, and the ocean. Just blocks to downtown Oceano, a handful of great restaurants and the famous Great American Melodrama.
