Embrace the Scandinavian design aesthetics of this wood-clad apartment. The home features plank flooring, unique artwork throughout, pops of color, an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furnishings, and rooftop views. You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

Dette smagfuldt indrettede tiny house danner rammen for en dejlig ferie på alle årstider. Huset er udstyret med alle moderne faciliteter, bl.a, gulvvarme i alle rum, varmt vand og fuldt udstyret køkken. Rundt om huset kan man nyde den 60 m2 store træterrasser med udsigt over mark og skov. I bil er der få minutters kørsel til Østjyllands bedste badestrand hvor man kan bade hele året og se nordlys i sæsonen. Nærområdet byder på utrolig lækker bager, ostehandler og købmand. Århus er 20 min væk.

Dejligt sommerhus på den Østjyske Reviera. Her findes hvide sandstrande og det dejligste badevand. Stranden ligger en lille gå tur på 400 meter fra sommerhuset. Du kan leje dette lille hyggelige sommerhus, til din og din families ferie. Huset er på 48 m2, det er bygget i 2018, indeholder stue/køkken soveværelse med dobbeltseng, badeværelse med vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. I forbindelse til den store terrasse er der et flot anneks med 3/4 sovepladser. Du skal selv bringe linned, håndklæder mm.

Nyrenoveret bolig i en hyggelig landsby omgivet af enge, bløde bakker og Revs Å. Huset ligger 150 meter fra letbanen, så du kan på ca. fem minutter komme til Odder eller på en halv times tid nå Aarhus og alle mulighederne der. Der er 7.5 km til Saksild Strand, som er kendt som en af Danmark bedste og mest børnevenlige strande. Ydermere er der kun 11 km til Moesgaard Museum, 6.5 km til fantastiske Fru Møllers Mølleri og 3.5 km til Padel Laden, som du kan booke bane og udstyr til online.

Huset ligger 30 meter tilbagetrukket fra stranden, så man ugeneret kan dyrke udelivet og nyde den store og smukke træterasse. Terassen kan tilgås fra både køkken og stue og er et naturligt samlingspunkt om sommeren.
