The Avencas Beach House is an apartment located on the first line of the sea, opposite the Avencas beach and with a fabulous view over the ocean. It is 20 minutes from Lisbon and 10 minutes from Cascais. It consists of a bedroom with two beds (can be converted into a double bed), a living room with full open concept kitchen with a double sofa bed and a W.C. complete with shower and washing machine and dryer. We are 10 min away from the center on foot through the beach or 2 min by train. In the center you find laundries, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, restaurants, etc. You can rent a bicycle or a car and take a tour. We are about 20 min from Lisbon and from the airport and about 15 min from the Hospital by car.
