Ogunquit Tranquil Setting near Perkins Cove

Summer Weekend Booking Policy (June–August): To ensure availability during our busiest season, weekend stays must include Friday and Saturday nights. Enjoy our peaceful Ogunquit retreat. Private entrance with patio. A nicely appointed suite with a luxury queen bed. Skip the parking hunt. Leave your car here and enjoy a scenic 10-minute walk to Perkins Cove and Marginal Way. Restaurants, shops, trolleys, beach caddy are all nearby. Downtown is a 25-minute walk, and Beach is 30 minutes.

Chagall @ Maine Artist Retreat

Large, light lovely room in a Victorian Mansard,1881 in the historic section of South Portlands Pleasantdale neighborhood. A picturesque quaint coastal village across the bridge to Portland. Everyone is welcome in this safe space. On the Greenbelt Walkway one block off the water walk, ride a bike to five lighthouses, restaurants, music venues, galleries, beaches, bakery, coffee shops or dispensary. Access to airport, busses, laundry Chagall is a second floor room, bath is on the first.

Two Bedroom Suite at The Beach House

Make your way to this lovely two-bedroom, one-bathroom suite with a brand-new kitchenette on the first floor of a lovely home just steps from North Beach. A peaceful setting ideal for families or couples. Bandstand, entertainment, and the Boardwalk are all within a 20-minute walk. Enjoy a morning walk, a day trip on bike or foot along the NH Rail Trails less than a mile from the property. There are beach towels and beach bikes available. Children's puzzles and toys are available.

Limoges - A short walk to shops and has Wifi

This room, Limoges, with its own private bathroom, is within walking distance from the downtown shopping district where you'll find retail and restaurants. There is a shared living, dining room and study, to relax with a book, play a game with your companion or meet some of the other guests from the four other rooms. The apartment is separated from the main house on the property and you have access to your own private dock. This is one of the clearest lakes in the region It is within an hour of the mountains, and the ocean - a perfect location. It is a quiet neighborhood with amazing stars at night.

Unit 3-Farm Stay w/ Private Bath, Pool, 125 acres

Peaceful and relaxing location ! Charming 2nd floor room with a queen sized adjustable bed. Located in a country Inn set on a 125 acre farm. Close to many popular activities, stores & restaurants. Beaches-25 mins, Portland & Portsmouth-45 mins, Kittery Outlets -30 mins. This spacious unit has a private bath 43" smart TV, Central Air, Wi-Fi, and use of the small indoor heated pool. Our inn does not offer meals at this time but many great dining options nearby.

History Steps from the Beach

If you’re looking for more space and amenities than staying in a hotel room, but still want the cleanliness and professionalism you’d expect from one, then you may enjoy staying here. Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.

Dog friendly quiet room and full bath.

Suspend yourself in time and tide in the Scarborough marsh or the beaches from Pine Point to Portland Head Light. Equidistant to the Spurwink and the Nonesuch Rivers. Just minutes from the bridge into Portland. Easy access to the highway and the airport. I have a cape style house with plenty of parking. Large fenced in backyard for your dog and a picnic table for your meals. I can not allow access to my living space at this time.

Back of the Moon Cottage

My house, built in 1920, has had a top to bottom renovation. It's a gem as it has a great view of the ocean from windows at the front house and a mile long view of the Rachel Carson tidal marsh preserve in the back. The house is directly across the street from beautiful Wells Beach with a public way right up to our front door! It's really the best of both worlds.
