The advantages are that it owns the private beach in front of the house with sun beds and sunshades,children playground, big terrace (50m2) with a beautiful open sea view,parking place and garage are right in front of the house. The apartment is fully equipped and modern. It contains: two bedrooms, two bathroom ,apartment has a SMART TV in the living room and LCD TV in the bedrooms, a large living room, fully-equipped kitchen with dining room, fireplace and is equipped with several air conditioning, Internet access (WIFI) and satellite televisions.Back of the house there is a large barbecue table and chairs and a playground for children.
