Heritage home Nerium in Trogir

Through the centuries, the palace was home to the aristocratic Celio Doroteo Family. The palace is divided into several independent units, the largest of which, with its own private courtyard, we have put on offer. Like most old stone houses in the city, the unit is spread over several floors. The ground floor including the courtyard, the first floor includes 3 bedrooms ,2 with queen sized beds and 1 double bed and bathroom. The top floor has been adapted into a kitchen, living room and toilet.

It is located on the island of Čiovo, near Trogir, just 10 km from Split Airport. The apartment has 3 bedrooms for 6 people, 2 bathrooms plus an extra toilet, and an open-plan living room/kitchen with access to a terrace with a dining area. There is also a large rooftop terrace with lounge furniture and fantastic views. In addition, there is a lovely pool and sun loungers.
