The property has a 10x5m swimming pool with solarium and garden area. From the pool you have a breathtaking view onto the coastline. The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

Stazzo （ Acireale ）海滨公寓

The apartment is fully equipped, has direct access to the bay and overlooking the blue Ionian Sea. Wrapped from the terrace surrounded by gardens full of native vegetation, the apartment has a seaview kitchen (through a porthole), a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and a double bedroom. Enriched by 60s and 70s family furniture, recovered and restored with passion and attention to detail. The strategic position of Stazzo allows you to easily reach points of interest such as Etna (46 minutes), Taormina (33 minutes) and the city of Catania (29 minutes). In the village, just a few minutes walk, there are two small supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a bar, two restaurants and a pizzeria. On the second Sunday of August, Stazzo celebrates the patron saint, St. John of Nepomuk, whom the Church in the Central Square is dedicated. Throughout the year, the place has a magnificent landscape of sea, and in the summer relax on sunny days, remaining calm and smooth, and the color blue contrasts with the black volcanic cliffs.

Dotato di aria condizionata/riscaldamento, WIFI, TV in ogni stanza, lavabiancheria, asciugacapelli, è stato interamente ristrutturato con uno stile ricercato, dal design moderno.

Le grandi finestre permettono sempre di vedere il mare quando si è in casa. Il delizioso terrazzo vi consentirà di godere di ogni momento: pranzare, leggere un libro e bere un buon bicchiere di vino.

Ha una meravigliosa veranda al piano, dotata di lettini prendisole e di tavolo e sedie per un relax completo, con una vista mozzafiato che abbraccia la baia di Giardini fino all’Etna e Taormina. Una cartolina di incommensurabile bellezza. Tassa di soggiorno dal 1 settembre 2023 è aumentata ad € 3 a persona al giorno (solo per i primi 10 giorni)

Ampio monolocale di circa 50 metri quadrati, per 2 persone composto da un ampio open space con letto matrimoniale con cucinino e zona pranzo e zona relax con un grande divano; l'appartamento ha un grande bagno con doppio lavabo ed è completato da un grande doccia e da una vasca. L'appartamento è al primo piano ed ha l'uso privato di un ampio balcone a piano (un tavolino, due sedie, due comode sdraio). Tassa soggiorno di € 3 a persona al giorno da pagare all'arrivo.

La Casa di Rosa（距离Marinello和Tindari仅几步之遥）

La casa è molto spaziosa (150mq), vi sono 2camere da letto, 2 bagni entrambi dotati di doccia, una cucina con salotto munita di televisore, una grande e luminosa mansarda in cui vi è un televisore 55 pollici, e due divani letto. Da qui potrete accedere al terrazzino con vista sul mare, anch'esso dotato di cucina, tavolo da pranzo, sdraio, divanetti su cui potersi rilassare e godere del meraviglioso panorama: il mare, la spiaggia ed il promontorio del Tindari.
