Built in 1700 as a noble palazzo, the house still preserves original frescoes and floor tiles. The apartment offers all amenities and will comfortably sleep four. Dal Centro è possibile raggiungere in pochi minuti le spiagge dell'Isola Bella e Mazzarò. La casa dispone di un'ampia cucina attrezzata, due camere da letto, un divano letto, due bagni, aria condizionata, WI-FI gratuito. A vostra disposizione terrazza dove poter pranzare. Even supermarkets, icecream shops and restaurants are close to the house. The beach is 20 minutes away.

The house overlooks a wide open space with an outdoor small kitchen and a garden with different kinds of mediterranean plant and trees that surround the villa. At the ground floor there is a large kitchen and living room with a chimney and sofabed; upstairsr there are a double bedroom and one with 2 single bed, an antechamber, a balcony, the bathroom. All the rooms have heating, windows (with net) and wardrobe. There is air conditioning either on the ground and the first floor

Si trova a pochi passi da negozi, ristoranti, bar e tutte le attrazioni della città. Dista 10 minuti a piedi dal Teatro Antico, comodissimo per concerti ed eventi, 2 minuti a piedi da Piazza IX Aprile e da Piazza Duomo. Facile da raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi dal parcheggio "Porta Catania". Ingresso alla struttura sul Corso Umberto.

La casa è molto spaziosa (150mq), vi sono 2camere da letto, 2 bagni entrambi dotati di doccia, una cucina con salotto munita di televisore, una grande e luminosa mansarda in cui vi è un televisore 55 pollici, e due divani letto. Da qui potrete accedere al terrazzino con vista sul mare, anch'esso dotato di cucina, tavolo da pranzo, sdraio, divanetti su cui potersi rilassare e godere del meraviglioso panorama: il mare, la spiaggia ed il promontorio del Tindari.

A small house but at the same time "immense" thanks to the large windows from which you can enjoy the view of the sea and Etna. "Named 'The House in the Air' by our guests. A telescope for you, to get an even better view of the coastline and His Majesty Mount Etna!". The space is divided into two areas, living area and sleeping area. The patio at the entrance, covered by the ancient carob tree, always offers fresh, regenerating air. Have fun, everyone!
