Welcome to our home on the Truckee River. The downstairs has an open floor plan with the living area, kitchen/dining & the den all connected with beautiful reclaimed oak hardwood flooring. Granite counters, hickory cabinets, hot tub. The hot tub over looks the Truckee river and all it's beauty. We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. You'll have your own entrance which gives you your privacy. Hiking Granite Peak or Shirley Canyon, biking along the meadow and the Truckee River to Tahoe City, Downhill skiing, snowshoeing.
