Located 1/2 mile from Newport Beach and walking distance to a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, and stores it is great home base for exploring the Newport Beach and Costa Mesa area and is just 2 miles from the water! Guest house is detached from main house, has private entrance, parking, full kitchen and fenced off back yard space. The Patio includes a BBQ and patio table to enjoy So-Cal evenings or take in the sun while not out exploring. Accommodating for both adventure and work travel!

Perched on a hilltop with Amazing Views, Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland! It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds, outdoor fountains and a dog!

D'Loft is newly built in July 2023. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We are located 10-15 Min from Disneyland, the beach, shopping and much more! D'Loft features an open concept design, dressed in high end appliances and it's own private patio. This is the most charming tiny studio cottage with separate entrance, and a private brick patio in a family friendly neighborhood in Sunny Hills Fullerton, and is a short drive to great restaurants, and lots of activities including Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. Tucked away at the back of our home, affording guests ample privacy, and easy parking for one car on the driveway. Please note our place is tiny just as we advertise it as.
