GUEST ACCESS Guest has access to the apartment with Wi-Fi and free onsite designated parking. Unit also comes with a pullout sofa for an extra bed for comfort. No Smoking of any kind. Full kitchen, AC, bath and shower... Queen size bed and comfortable couch/bed for a third person. There is also a queen size air mattress in a cabinet if you need more sleeping space. Many guests bring a pet. Plenty of parking available on both sides of the street. Please leave driveways accessible.

Note: I've blocked some dates that can be made available, just message me. Welcome to our Cozy Studio Cottage! The cottage is located next to our property. You'll have the cottage all to yourself! We are at the end of a long cul-de-sac in an established neighborhood. Restaurants, shopping and concert halls are nearby. Feel free to book instantly. Four people are welcome but it's not really big so ask if you have questions. We look forward to your stay or return!!

Rambler's Roost

Our guesthouse is across the driveway from the main house on 1.5 acres on a quiet country road, yet only 2 miles from Old Town Auburn, 3 miles from the Auburn State Recreation Area, and 1.5 hours from Lake Tahoe. The guesthouse is approximately 300 sq ft and has its own entrance with convenient parking. It’s perfect for a single or couple and is suitable for longer term stays.

Very close to The Grounds Placer County ⭐️ Please be mindful, this RV is parked in our driveway close to our home. Cars and other street noise will be heard. ⭐️ Have your own cute space + kitchen all to yourself! PETS NOT ALLOWED
