Sweet Suite!

Our typical guest has grandkids or children that live in our area, is in town for work or is traveling from just about anywhere in the world. Guests have said they like being close to SF at a very reasonable price. We're a family home so you can hear our family when we are in the kitchen. The Sweet Suite is behind our kitchen. Our kids have grown up doing Airbnb so they work to be as quiet as they can when guests are in the Sweet Suite. There is no doubt you will hear us at some point.

Recently Remodeled, Cozy & Clean attached in-law Suite w/ enhanced cleaning protocol, new A/C, private entrance, laundry, fully stocked kitchen, fast WiFi, Ethernet, parking & walking trails steps away. Ideal location close to Walnut Creek, San Francisco, Berkeley, Silicon Valley, Napa Wine Country. Great for solo adventurers, business travelers, couples, & families w/ kids. Host family w/ kids lives upstairs. Occasional noise, but kids are usually in bed by 9 & up no earlier than 7.

Enjoy Shepherd Canyon: sunlight dancing on leaves, birds flying at eye level, sun setting behind eucalyptus trees, flickering lights at night. Downstairs floor (1100 sq ft) of mid-century home in Oaklands Hills. Full kitchen for snacks or gourmet meals, comfy queen bed in bedroom, sofa bed in living room. Enjoy picturesque walk to Montclair Village or hike or bike right up the hill. Drive 11 minutes to BART, located in Rockridge, which also has restaurants and shops to explore.

How about a rejuvenating get-away with pool and hot tub? Relax on a patio lounger overlooking a tropical garden. Enjoy an evening snack while watching a movie. Super comfy bed and separate living room. Deep cleaned. 2 separate units off same foyer; but no shared walls. Private locked unit door. Shared access to spa/pool (9am-11pm) for overnight guests only. 27 stairs to reach house. Host lives upstairs. Complimentary beverage for 3+ nights. After 10 stays, $100 credit.

Private Oakland Hills Escape!

Access to amazing Bay views! Cozy ~250 sq. ft. studio unit with unit 9.5 ft ceilings which serves as a guest suite with private bath to a home in the Oakland hills. Private entrance with access to shared deck with 3 bridge bay views on a clear day. All self-contained with in-unit mini-fridge, coffee machine, microwave and TV with Roku for streaming (no cable TV). standing desk serves as your "office" and a couple small sitting chairs to lounge about or read a book.

Perfect location for Bay Area travelers or family visitors.

Quiet and homey private room located right near premiere Walnut Creek dining and entertainment. Entirely renovated and state of the art bathroom/bedroom nestled off a quiet and private drive. Single bedroom, queen size bed and private bathroom. The room is separated from the main house for complete privacy. Wifi, cable TV and other great amenities provided. My place is great for business travelers. It does not have shared facilities for laundry or cooking.

Bright and Spacious Guest Suite

This bright guest suite has a spacious living room, a cozy bedroom, upgraded bathroom and a sunny kitchenette. The bedroom has a full-size bed and the large living room has a queen bed. The kitchenette has a common wall with our home, but the cinder block construction results in a quiet and private experience. The outdoor sitting area allows one to relax and enjoy a cold drink among the many olive and citrus trees. Easy street parking and private entrance.
