Boutique accommodation in Downton Abbey village

The ground floor of the property consists of lounge/diner with table that sits 5. There’s an L-shaped sofa that converts into a double bed and 42” LCD. Kitchen consists of microwave, kettle, fridge, single plug in induction ring and toaster and all the essentials you need. The ground floor has underfloor heating so it’s cosy warm. Upstairs is a king size bed, large bedroom, fantastic walk-in shower, smaller sofa bed and area to hang your stuff up. There’s even space for your four legged friend.

Self contained annex, suitable for 1 or 2 guests.

Spacious, modern, detached, en-suite annex with kitchenette, ( kettle, air fryer & microwave). Complementary light breakfast and hot drinks. Modern and clean with its own entrance, parking available. Suitable for solo guests, couples or friends. Quiet residential area, close to Oxford. Very convenient, 5 minute walk to regular bus options for; Oxford, Woodstock/ Blenheim and Cotswolds. 15 minutes walk to Oxford Parkway Railway, offering good links to; Oxford Central, Bicester Village and London.

Welcome to my one bedroom contemporarily decorated ground floor space. A bedroom with a king-size bed, a toilet and an open bath, and a tea area are all private for you. Ideally situated at Marston, the house is located in a quiet area and provides easy access to the heart of Oxford, John Radcliffe Hospital. One off road free parking is available. House rules: Volume must be kept down between 10.30pm to 7am to minimise disturbances to others. Water pipes can be loud. Strictly no party or event.

A private modern self catered two-roomed annex with your own front door. The annex has a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area with a double sofa bed. (free Wi-Fi) The annex is separated from our detached home in the lovely village of Cumnor with excellent pubs and country walks from the front door. Easy access into Oxford via the regular bus service (2min walk) or via the Park & Ride. Explore the nearby beautiful villages of the Cotswolds, Blenheim Palace and Bicester Village..

Garden home: self contained, nature, no clean fee

1 King bed, 1 double sofa bed all in an open plan living space with a small kitchen area. Separate shower room. The treehouse is currently out of bounds for safety reasons. We are very sorry for any disappointment. Strongly advised to arrive by car or taxi, especially at weekends. We have 14 acres of wood and the outhouse sits next to it. There are footpaths in the country from our doorstep. Oxford is 3.5 miles away. There is a risk of ticks due to the wildlife. Info sheet in property.

Delightful 1 bedroom detached studio with private entrance and onsite parking. Character, spacious open plan living, beautifully furnished, vaulted ceilings and large walk-in shower room. Outside seating area with lovely views over main garden. Ideal for a relaxing break with local walks and renowned country pub less than a 10 min walk. Brightwell Baldwin is a small hamlet close to the market and historic town of Watlington. Henley-on-Thames and Oxford City Centre are a short drive away.

The ideal, cosy retreat in Headington! Re-decorated in Autumn 2024, the Annexe is a fully furnished and well equipped space, making a great and comfortable base for couples or solo travellers. With nearby great bars, restaurants, cafes, parks and shops, the property is also within walking distance of the John Radcliffe, Nuffield, Manor and Churchill hospitals as well as Oxford Brookes University. There are excellent transport links into Oxford city centre, London and major airports.

The Crofts Studio (Central Location)

The Crofts Studio is very "bijou"...a lovely small but perfectly formed annexe, with its own entrance and off street parking. We have a standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (with washing machine and dryer) and a compact kitchenette area with breakfast bar and stools…. We are very central with close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds

The Old Barn, historic Fyfield, Oxfordshire

Lovely, cosy independent apartment on two floors in 15th century thatched farmhouse, set in the heart of the historic village of Fyfield. Play area for toddlers in beautiful garden. The Thames riverside walk is a short walk away through the village. Oxford city centre is less than 20 minutes by car or bus (from every 20 minutes). Multi-award winning 16th century White Hart Public House and restaurant is just a couple of minutes walk away.

Didcot Parkway railway station only 4 minutes walk away offers trains to London (39 minutes ) Oxford (15 minutes ) Bath ( 48 minutes ) Bristol (63 minutes), as well as buses to Milton Park, Harwell Campus, Oxford and surrounding towns . Short walk to town for restaurants, and shopping. Private parking and access to the lodge.
