Spend your days on the beach and walk to everything--Mission Bay, bars, restaurants, Crystal Pier, Belmont Park, etc. Leave your car at home because finding street parking can be difficult. Our second-floor studio is perfect for one person or a couple. Unplug for a few days or a week. Enjoy the unobstructed ocean view and beautiful sunsets. Our apartment has a separate kitchen and bathroom and rustic wood paneling.

Perfect place to sleep for cheap when staying in PB for visits, training, conferences, transitions, etc. Comfortable, private & safe. Queen bed, bathroom/shower and kitchenette. Stove top, frig, microwave, toaster oven, coffee makers (drip & Keurig) and window AC unit. Front room for working office, wifi and Fire TV. Free street parking. On an alley with normal city noise. 5 blocks to Crown Point Bay, 13 blocks to ocean. Keypad for self check-in. No smoking, no pets and no parties.

Bus lines are 5 blocks. We are on a quiet 2 block long street with bikes, beach chairs, body boards, beach toys and beach towels for your use.
