Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

Recently renovated, the house is spacious and comfortable. It is located in the center of Parghelia (a town 2 km far from Tropea, "Pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea") at a short distance from beautiful beaches, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, minimarket, pharmacy, train station, car rental. The house is on two levels, it is completed by a little garden with the possibility of a small outdoor space for the exclusive use of guests. Central but quiet area, you can park your car in front of the house.

L'appartamento di 20 mq è composto da camera matrimoniale e angolo cottura unico ambiente e bagno indipendente con box doccia.

Parghelia Villa su scogliera con accesso spiaggia

Bellissima villa immersa in uno uno splendido giardino ed affacciata sulla scogliera, con una straordinaria vista mare. La villa ha un accesso privato ad una spiaggia dotata di un ampio arenile inaccessibile ai turisti (IMPORTANTE: la spiaggia si raggiunge scendendo la scogliera tramite scalinata privata, circa 70 gradini scoscesi ma ampi).
