In my penthouse, you will find a cozy fireplace, a medium-grand Steinway piano, a charming rooftop and a skylight-lit attic room with a PS5 and a huge TV. You can also expect a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for hosting your friends with designer glassware. If you need to work from home, the flat provides an excellent fiber network.

Cozy and arty flat on the last floor and under the roof, overhanging one very cool place in Paris, with bars, restaurants, bakery, trattoria, wine shop... and the most important, sunny terraces! The flat remains perfectly silent nonetheless. Near by, you'll find the Buttes Chaumont, the Canal Saint Martin and the Parc la Villette to relax a bit. Towards the centre, the Marais. If you need more recommendations, I will be happy to share more, about the neighborhood and Paris in general.
