Both east and west facing, always full of light. Great view on the Parisian rooftops, ancient parquet. Unique location on the very heart of Rue Vieille du Temple. Soundproof windows. Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

Appartement lumineux et agréable, vue direct sur la Tour Eiffel. Une chambre double, 57 m2, idéal pour un couple (pièce du fond non accessible car réservée à un usage privée). Situé au 3eme étage avec ascenseur. Quartier avec nombreux restaurants autour et métro à 5 minutes. Piano Yamaha de très bonne qualité. Je serai heureuse de proposer mon appartement à des personnes qui en serons respectueuses. Mon appartement n’est pas un hôtel, c’est un lieu habité et vivant.
