"Welcome to Paso Robles. It's a charming town 10 minutes to downtown Paso Robles and less than 20 min to all the vineyards . The home has a large open living space and private fenced back yard for outdoor BQ's. The large front yard is beautifully landscaped and the back yard to enjoy the beautiful evening sunsets. I'm offering it to visitors that want a luxury home while having the privacy needed when visiting Paso. I may or may not be there at many times. I have a home in LA & there half time.

Our studio guest suite sits atop a hill in the rural part of Paso Robles on 2 acres & very close to all Hwy 46 EAST best wineries. 15 minutes west will get you downtown for fabulous restaurants, wine tasting & the Paso Downtown square. Close to Sensorio light show & Vina Robles amphitheater. Just 45 minutes from the beaches (Cambria, Cayucos, Morro Bay, Avila & San Simeon (home of Hearst Castle). Come see the giant elephant seals on the shore near San Simeon or the sea otters in Morro Bay.

Unwind in Downtown Paso Robles and take a 6 to 8 minute walk to the city's central park, restaurants, and bars. Savor wine from the hundreds of wineries, in the area or perhaps a drink at the city's craft distilleries and breweries. End the day at the studio with a fresh cup of coffee or tea, from the Keurig, over a board game. In the evening on weekends, lounge out front under the string lights and listen to live music from The Pour House located across the park.

Our home is nestled in the quiet hills of Wine Country. With its own private entrance, we have a two bedroom apartment for you to enjoy. Both rooms have King Beds and full private bathrooms, one of which has a large soaking tub and double sinks. A small kitchenette (please note: no oven available), couch, TV with streaming, table, games and fireplace are in the living room. This is a great space for a family or two couples on a trip together.

The Owl on Hilltop

Nestled in one of the original Blue Diamond Almond orchards, this one bedroom, one bath guest suite has a full kitchen, a cozy living room, a bathroom reminiscent of a spa, and two wonderfully relaxing deck spaces. It is an intimate space that is walking distance to downtown Paso Robles. Watch the deer move through the neighborhood while you unwind after a day of wine tasting. Paso Robles STR19-0212.

Our Casita is located 1 1/2 miles from downtown Paso Robles in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It features a private entrance, a recently renovated, clean, and spacious room for up to 2 guests. It offers a queen bed, comfortable sofa, great Wifi, smart TV, coffee bar, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. The private bath has a walk-in shower. Parking is available on the street.
