It is split-level with a ceiling height of 185 cm on the attic, a separate bedroom on the low-height attic, an open-plan kitchenette with seating area. . Free private parking is available on site. All units are air conditioned and include a seating area. It features a terrace with garden views. An oven and refrigerator are also available, as well as a kettle. Bed linen is provided.

Βρισκεται 7 περίπου λεπτά από το κέντρο της Σκάλας και από την κοντινότερη παραλία. Κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχει αρτοποιείο μανάβικο και σούπερ μάρκετ. Η παραλία Μελόι είναι στα 2 λεπτά μακριά με το Αυτοκίνητο και το Αγριολιβαδι στα 6.

La maison est constitué de deux niveaux : -l’étage, bas, composé de deux chambres et une salle de bain, -l’étage haut, entouré de terrasses, où l’on retrouve la pièce à vivre avec la cuisine d’une part, et la chambre avec sa salle de bain d’autre part.

It is a typical Patmos house with lots of greenery and several patio areas. It is about an 8 min. Trampling only to be reached on foot. The parking lot is located on the street. It is a very quiet house where you can really relax.
