La casa è un rustico in pietra e legno nel parco delle Alpi Apiuane , un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi e conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .. La casa è composta da cucina completa e come riscaldamento ha una stufa a legna , oppure pompe di calore , un divano letto matrimoniale , e al secondo piano la camera completa e bagno completo , e all 'esterno una terrazza, poi un soppalco con un letto singolo.

L'alloggio è ubicato nel borgo dell'antica frazione di Montericco di Albinea, in prossimità del castello medioevale di Montericco, dal quale si domina la Pianura Padana.A soli 2km dal centro del paese e a soli 15 minuti dal centro città di ReggioEmilia.E' terra tetto, compl ristrutturato: composto dal primo piano , sala cucina e div letto, ingresso e al secondo piano bagno con doccia e camera matrimon. Dispone di uno spazio coperto per bici e moto.

Il Castellare a Mammiano

Il Castellare si trova in una posizione panoramica e tranquilla a nord del paese di Mammiano. Dalle finestre dell'appartamento, al secondo piano, si può ammirare il paesaggio circostante dal Monte San Vito lo sguardo passa verso la Penna di Lucchio, le Torri di Popiglio fino alle cime inconfondibili del Libro Aperto. Non passa inosservato il famoso Ponte Sospeso, illuminato anche di notte. Il paese di San Marcello è raggiungibile anche a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata di circa 15 minuti.

The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.
