PLEASE NOTE: Steep and uneven steps down to house and caution is needed especially when arriving in the dark or in rainy weather.

The River House, Coba Point

The River House is a unique, off grid water access only sanctuary featuring indoor/outdoor living and dining areas and it’s own private deep water pontoon and beach. Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. The Art Studio - Avoca

Originally designed as an art studio, and later repurposed as a bnb, this unique sanctuary is set amongst rainforest gardens, with a gentle water feature, mosaic amphitheatre, fire pit and patio area. The stained glass windows speak of times gone by - reflecting the golden afternoon light that comes streaming through the coloured glass. Please be aware that this property is on a slope and there are steps, so it is not suitable for elderly.

Lux Beach Retreat, 2 beds, fire-pit, ensuite, gym!

Treat yourself to a lux beach escape! With private entry, tucked above the dunes on Bungan Beach, nap to the sound of the waves, enjoy sunrise from bed, and sip wine by the outdoor firepit. Drenched in northern sun, winter here is the best time of year! With 1 king bed (lux memory foam) plus 2nd double bed, you can sleep up to 4 (2 adults +2 children max, or 3 adults).
