Nalazimo se u području ,gdje gosti mogu uživati u mnogim morskim i poljoprivrednim proizvodima. Kuća se nalazi na odličnoj poziciji za planiranje posjeta Dubrovniku, Korčuli, Mljetu. Samo 1 sat vožnje od nas.

Prekrasna nova kuća za odmor prvi red do mora sa pripadajućim besplatnim parkingom. 2 spavaće sobe na katu svaka sa klima uređajem , jedna sa bračnim krevetom i pripadajućim wc-om , druga sa bračnim krevetom i pomoćnim ležajem za 2 osobe sa odvojenim wc-om. U prizemlju se nalazi kuhinja sa svim aparatima te dnevni dio sa trosjedom koji se može pretvoriti u ležaj za dvije osobe te i sa pripadajućim wc-om i klima uređajem . Beautiful old stone house in the bay of Trstenik on Pelješac peninsula is located just about 20 meters from the beach. It has it's charm in all the seasons. You'll love the old spirit of the interior but you'll enjoy the terrace even more. The sound of the sea is irresistable. Despite the old spirit, place is quite equiped with amenities. It's peaceful but stil close to the market, post office, beach, fast food and pizza places, restaurants...

The beaches are just a few steps away and if you decide to stay up on your private terrace you are going to love the sea view and still benefit from all the amenities of your aparment. My place is located in the National Park Mljet (Polace), a few meters from the sea, very close to the Roman palace remains. It has a great view, you’ll love it because of the mediterranean ambiance which is full of life. Studio apartment has 25 m2 with a terrace of 12 m2, it is great for couples and solo adventurers.
