Log cabin with great view

The cosy log cabin is located separately on a small-scale nature campsite, between ancient olive trees. The hut has a living area including a kitchenette and a sleeping area for two people. Around the cabin you can see the peaks of the Gran Sasso on one side and the high mountains of the Majella on the other side. At the terrace there's a lot of privacy. The municipal access road to the site is a little steep. Within walking distance you can find a pizzeria and during the weekend an agriturismo.

Charming "Casa Bianca" centro

Our newly renovated Casa Bianca has all the charm of the old building in which it is located on the walls of the historic city center of Penne, but with modern amenities. We have retained the special architectural features found in this area (brick barrel ceilings, wooden beams, mosaic floor designs). There are beautiful views from the balcony and all main rooms. Casa Bianca is just steps from shopping, bars, and restaurants, and a short drive from beaches, mountains, olive groves and wineries.

The "Crooked Cottage" on Abruzzo hills

Old 1800's rural house completely renovated with all comforts located in the outskirts of a small village in the Abruzzo pre-Apennines. 30 minutes by car from the Adriatic coast, 40 minutes from Gran Sasso and Maiella mountains (+2000 mt) and 2 hours by car from Rome. The house is equipped with a wooden deck of 20 m² facing south with views of the valley and the surrounding woods, suitable for outdoor dinners and lunches, yoga, meditation in complete tranquility and privacy.

Cosy Country Studio with Private Hot Tub and Patio

Tramonto@Casa Fenice is a Studio apartment 30m from Casa Fenice. It has its own bathroom and kitchenette. The apartment has outdoor space to the North West of the property with a private patio with barbeque and seating, as well as access to a large Jacuzzi, run cool in summer as a mini swimming pool. (Please view additional notes for jacuzzi availability in winter) The views over the Saline River valley are beautiful. Only 30mins to the beach and 45mins to the mountains!

Comodo appartamento in zona centrale. Disponibile parcheggio privato davanti l'abitazione ed esclusivo giardino attrezzato per amici e famiglie. L'appartamento si trova al piano terra ed è composto da un ampia zona living dotata di: forno elettrico, piastra ad induzione, caminetto e un pratico divano letto; una spaziona camera matrimoniale ed un bagno con doccia. La chiusura delle luci del giardino è prevista entro le 23:00, non sono ammesse feste non programmate.

Villa tra mare e monti

A pochi minuti dal mare e dalle piste da sci, immerso nelle colline del Pescarese ma a soli 25 minuti dal mare, a 40 minuti dalla montagna e a 5 minuti di auto si trova l’autostrada. É consentito l’accesso a cani di sola PICCOLA taglia. La villa è abitata dai proprietari di casa nel piano superiore ma saranno presenti prevalentemente solo per il check-in e la manutenzione del giardino, mentre invece gli ospiti avranno la piena privacy e autonomia del piano terra.

Baita la Loggia

Staccare la spina dagli impegni quotidiani, dallo stress del lavoro e magari anche dalla tecnologia è quello che ci vuole per ritrovare noi stessi. "Baita la Loggia" è un grazioso Appartamento, situato nel verde del Parco Nazionale del Gran Sasso e Monti della Laga a 3 km da Farindola. Noi lo riteniamo un piccolo angolo di paradiso per gli amanti della natura, delle passeggiate in mezzo al bosco, dello sport, e del relax . Ma sta a voi poi scoprirlo e deciderlo.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
