Circuswagon in the garden

We have a beautifully restored circus wagons in the garden with us. It is equipped with a large bed, a small kitchen and bathroom. Before the circus wagon is a small terrace with outdoor kitchen and seating area under the roof you can sit comfortably even in bad weather. In our garden there is a nice barbecue, which is available at any time. Our circus wagon is in Kümpfmühl district, from there you can easily reached by bike in 10 minutes to the old town. Wenn like traveling on foot, you can be in a 30 minute walk into the city. It take two city buses in 10 minutes distance directly in front of our house and convenient to downtown or to the railway station. Here are some shopping in the area, as well as petrol station with long opening times. If you feel like you are comfortable chairs for relaxing under the trees in the garden, or swing to the bikes and enjoy the beautiful city. We look forward to guests who want to experience another unique city break.

Wir haben einen Ort geschaffen, an dem Sie gut ankommen und sich wohl fühlen werden. Überzeugende Qualität mit gutem Geschmack und inspirierendem Umfeld!

Ferienwohnung bei Regensburg

Die Unterkunft liegt im ruhigen und idyllischen Dorf Matting an der Donau. Viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie Wandern, Radfahren oder SUB-Fahren auf der Donau sind möglich. Regensburg ist bequem mit Auto in 12 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss in einem Einfamilienhaus. Die Terrasse an der Ostseite ist mit der Morgensonne ideal für das Frühstück. Die Terrasse an der Südseite hat einen offenen Kamin und geht über in den Garten. Die Gastgeber leben im 1. Stockwerk.

Your accommodation is located southwest of the city centre and is in the "Grüne Mitte" - an exceptionally large and green residential quarter in the Kumpfmühl district. The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

Genieße deinen Aufenthalt in diesem einzigartigen, ruhigen und zentral gelegenem historischen Schmuckstück mit Blick auf den Dom, die Altstadt und grüne Innenhöfe. Im Dachgeschoss gelegen erreichst Du sie über 60 Treppenstufen. Neben dem Schlafzimmer gibt es noch drei einzelne Betten verteilt über die Wohnung. Sie hat eine hochwertig ausgestattete Küche. Wenige Gehminuten entfernt gibt es drei Theater, ein Kino, einen Supermarkt und viele Lokale.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

The apartment is the perfect starting point for exploring the historic old town and surrounding area. The main train station, as well as all local public transportation, are within walking distance, so you can leave your car behind.

Our cozy gallery apartment in Regensburg's old town offers you the perfect starting point to explore the city and all other sights. Both bathrooms and the kitchen are newly renovated and offer everything you need. The open architecture gives the accommodation a special flair. Please note that the two rooms are connected by the stairs, and therefore not separated by a door.

Licht und Luft- Künstlerhaus für Naturliebhaber

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Wir hatten Lust, aus dem alten, sanierungsbedürftigen Gebäude aus den 50er Jahren etwas Attraktives zu machen. Vor allem der große Garten mit altem Baumbestand und die wunderschöne Lage nahe Regensburg haben uns motiviert, das Haus individuell auf den alten Grundmauern neu zu gestalten.

Zentrale Lage zwischen Regensburg und Kelheim ( jeweils 8 min. Fahrzeit) Direkte Anbindung zur Bundesstraße B16 und Autobahn A3.

Dachterrassenwohnung neben Universität u. Klinikum

Das sonnige, bestens ausgestattete Apartment mit eigener Dachterrasse liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet neben Uni und Klinikum. Beides ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Ins Zentrum gelangt man mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten. Die Bushaltestelle ist um die Ecke.
