The Old Farm Bothy at Middleton

The Old Farm Bothy is a cosy hideaway for two in a beautiful scenic spot on a working hill farm at the foot of the Angus Glens. With a wood burning stove, small garden with panoramic views and easy walks from the door it is an ideal place to switch off and relax with a good book and fresh air. It's also a great base for walking, cycling, golf, skiing and exploring central Scotland. Studio accommodation with separate galley kitchen and shower room. Outdoor furniture; adjacent parking. The Attic @ Aikenhead House

A one-bedroom attached cottage situated in a peaceful and picturesque location about six miles from both Dunkeld and Blairgowrie. Ideally positioned to take advantage of all Perthshire has to offer. There are challenging cycling routes and wonderful woodland walks close by, as well as some notable Munros to the north, including Ben Lawers. The Owl House at Gardeners Cottage (dog friendly)

The Owl House is a cosy retreat, five minutes from historic Fortingall. This former outbuilding has been lovingly renovated and commands beautiful views over the glen. At night, add some logs to the wood-burning stove, sit back, and enjoy listening to the owls hooting. Glen Lyon, Ben Lawers, Schiehallion, Aberfeldy, Drummond Hill and Loch Tay are just a stones throw away. Well-behaved dogs welcome (please note that we do not allow cats). The Cabin

Peaceful quiet, pet-friendly log cabin with enclosed garden. Surrounded by woodland and wildlife just a 10 minute walk from town. Open plan living space. Well equipped Kitchen. 50" Smart TV, Alexa speaker, and Xbox. Comfortable double bed. Secure outdoor seating with fire pit & BBQ. A 10 -15 minuite UPHILL walk from the town centre. The Cabin is located in an enclosed part of my garden & I live in the property next door. Shared driveway with guest parking directy outside the cabin.

The Old Kennels @ Milton of Cluny (with Sauna)

1 bedroom attached cottage in Highland Perthshire, 3 miles from Aberfeldy & Grandtully. Wood fired sauna in adjacent steading (1st use included). Idyllically situated on the foothills of Farragon hill, with beautiful walks right from the door. There is a spacious super kingsize (or twin) bedroom, spectacular living space, modern kitchen & shower room, private entrance, parking & outside seating area. Note location of the house as detailed in 'house rules' (4wd recommended for winter)

Little Rosslyn

Little Rosslyn is a lovely detached self-catering studio which sits in the grounds of our family home in the centre of the village of Stanley, Perthshire, gateway to the Scottish Highlands. The studio has been recently renovated and sits back from the road on a quiet street and within walking distance of local amenities. There are lots of walks from the property where you can explore our lovely village and local area or why not hike up one of Perthshire's many Munros.

The Coach House at The Bield, Pitcairngreen, Perth

Charming and spacious Coach House located in the tranquil gardens of a former Georgian Manse and situated in the picturesque village of Pitcairngreen, 5 miles outside Perth.
