No.19’s minimalist interior provides a place of calm, featuring tactile furnishings and artwork by local artists and is positioned within a peaceful and beautifully landscaped development. Guests can enjoy full use of the Gleneagles Hotel facilities (swimming, tennis, golf etc) through our Sovereign Membership (additional costs apply).

The Mill Retreat & Swimming Pool

Welcome to Mill Court, a stylish 1-bed apartment in a converted 18th-century tartan weaving mill on the Allan Water River, Dunblane. Designed by Sanna Design, it blends historic charm with modern comfort. Enjoy a spacious living/dining area with Smart TV, a fully-equipped kitchen, & a super king bedroom. Sir Stuarts House, Fingask Castle, Rait

Our place is approximately half way between Perth and Dundee, 1 hour from Edinburgh and 1hr 15 mins from Glasgow. A large house that sits on the side of the lake, the house is ideal for families, larger groups, or smaller groups who need separate bedrooms, and well behaved pets. There are 6 bedrooms - 1 double room, 4 twin rooms and 1 room to be used as a small sitting room or a bedroom with one day bed and an occasional camp bed. Pets are welcome - please do not leave them alone for long.

Beech Tree Cottage, Fingask Castle, Rait

Fingask Castle, and Beech Tree Cottage is half way between Perth and Dundee, approximately 1 hour drive from Edinburgh.. Set on a hillside, it is hidden in the Perthshire countryside, in a wooded glen. It feels like it is away from the world, even though it's only 5/10 mins from the A90. Beech Tree is one of our larger cottages, great for families or friends to share but also comfortable for smaller groups and couples and for your pets too (though pets not to be left alone in the cottage).

Hidden in the Perthshire countryside, on a hillside with gardens and wooded areas to explore, Fingask has a magic about it and feels like it is far away from the world (it's only 5 mins off the A90). This cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers and for families with kids. Pets are welcome too, though please do not leave them alone for extended periods unless in their crate. T

Part of the old 18th century Ardlevale House, this romantic cottage for two is set in a serene area, just a 5-minute walk from the bustling town centre. Enjoy a relaxing swim in the pool, unwind in the jacuzzi, steam, or tepid room, and make use of the gym, snooker room, tennis courts, and pitch and putt.
